What the regulations say
Activities with an environmental impact (bars, restaurants, workshops) need environmental qualification under Andalusia's environmental quality act, Ley 7/2007 de Gestión Integrada de la Calidad Ambiental de Andalucía. Small shops of up to 750 m² open with a responsible declaration (Ley 12/2012).
