The data you send us through the form, WhatsApp, telephone or email (name, telephone number, email, town and the description of your case) is used only to answer your enquiry and, if you commission work from us, to provide the service and invoice it.

Your consent when you send the enquiry and, if there is a commission, performance of the contract and tax obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a commission, for a maximum of one year. Data from commissions, for the legal retention periods for professional and tax documentation.

Who we share it with

With no one, unless required by law or when necessary to process your commission (for example, the town hall). The website form is processed by Netlify, the site's hosting provider.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@ponientearquitectura.com. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
