A house and pool on rural land, recognised so that they can be sold.
The brief
A 150 m² house with a pool on rural land (suelo rústico) in Llanos de Vícar, built in 2009. The owners want to sell it and the buyer needs a mortgage.
Our proposal
- One AFO (asimilado a fuera de ordenación) file covering both the house and the pool.
- Certificate of age (certificado de antigüedad) for the title deed at the notary's office.
- We check the safety, sanitary and drainage conditions.
