The brief
Three siblings inherit a house in Puente del Río (Adra) built in the 1980s. The title deed only records the plot.
Our proposal
- Measure the house and establish the completion date from aerial photographs and the Catastro (the property tax register).
- Certificate of age (certificado de antigüedad) for the new-build declaration (declaración de obra nueva) at the notary's office.
- Agree the description with the notary so that it matches the Catastro.
