Casa Levante: detached house with pool in Almerimar
185 m² in two volumes, a west-facing porch and a pool.
The brief
A couple with two children buy a 520 m² plot in Almerimar. They want a four-bedroom house with the living room open to the garden and shade on summer afternoons.
Our proposal
- Two volumes, living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms above, turned to shade the porch.
- A 30 m² porch on the west side with a louvred pergola, the place where life happens from May to October.
- An 8 × 4 m pool, set back from the boundaries by the distance the local plan (PGOU) requires.
- A preliminary design with six 3D images before we draw a single technical plan.
