The brief
Two brothers inherit a plot in Roquetas de Mar. Each wants to build a house, sharing one builder to bring the cost of the works down.
Our proposal
- Two mirror-image houses with a shared party wall, which cuts façade and cost. Because the design repeats, the fees per house come down.
- A single design and a single building licence (licencia de obra), with horizontal division (división horizontal) from the start.
- Separate bills of quantities for each house, so the cost of the works can be split clearly.
- 3D images of both façades, so they can choose materials together.
