Casa Mirador: three storeys on a 7-metre plot in Aguadulce
A house between party walls with a viewing terrace over the harbour.
The brief
A narrow plot in Aguadulce with a 7-metre frontage and sea views from the second floor. The owner wants to live there and let the ground floor as a separate studio.
Our proposal
- Staircase along one side, so the rooms get the full width of the façade.
- Ground floor with its own entrance, ready to work as a separate home if the local plan (PGOU) allows it.
- Living room on the top floor with a viewing terrace, where the views are.
- A rear courtyard to give the bedrooms daylight and cross-ventilation.
