Piso Rambla: full renovation of a 95 m² flat in Almería
An open kitchen, an extra bathroom and new wiring and plumbing throughout.
The brief
A 1970s flat in Almería city with a closed-off kitchen, a long corridor and only one bathroom. The new owners want an open kitchen and a second bathroom.
Our proposal
- We open the kitchen to the living room, after checking which partitions are load-bearing.
- A second bathroom that makes use of the existing soil stack.
- Corridor cut to half its length, which gains a dressing room.
- A 3D image of the kitchen and living room to settle the finishes before asking for quotes.
